Don’t be foolish. Nothing on this beach is a recommendation it’s just what we do. And we take responsibility for our actions. You should too.

Many many sports are dangerous. Surfing without knowledge of sea is dangerous. Surfing difficult breaks at low tide without knowledge is even more dangerous. You get it, right?

Let’s imagine that you assume personal responsibility and do some of the sessions; it probably won’t kill you, though some claim that – in certain circumstances – it can.  

Be honest about your fitness and scale your training accordingly. Be honest about your capacities and scale your ambition accordingly. Great things come to those who are patient.

Above all, don’t go making excuses to someone else when you feel faint, want to pass out, drop on your head, a kettlebell on your toes or slip and fall when doing relays.

You were free to choose and you did. Now live in the moment!
